Description

Are you an innovative and development-oriented craft teacher who is passionate about improving education? Are you good at identifying strengths in students and colleagues? Then you could become part of our team in the western school area.

With us, you will help develop our craft education with a focus on creativity and creation together with our textile teacher.

Responsibilities

In this position, you will be responsible for planning, leading, and teaching grades 3-6 in primary school and adapted primary school in wood and metal craft. You are skilled at adapting your teaching based on grade level and students' different knowledge levels and conditions. You have joy and engagement in the subject together with students and other colleagues. As a teacher, you are responsible for creating a positive and creative learning environment so that students feel curiosity and a desire to learn, now and for the future. You are responsible for creating a safe, inspiring, and challenging education for the students.

Qualifications

You are a confident leader who can adapt your leadership in the classroom to the situation and see the whole picture of the student's school situation. You are attentive and have good collaboration skills. Your personal qualities are important to us, and we will place great emphasis on them. You are confident, structured, responsible, and clear in your leadership. You create and maintain good relationships with both colleagues and students and guardians. You have the ability to inspire and motivate your students. You are engaged and positive and have a strong interest in each individual student's knowledge development. You are used to working independently and making decisions but can also collaborate in a team. Experience as a wood and metal craft teacher is an advantage.
